Processing Time

• All orders are hand-packed with care. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.

• During peak times (holidays, promotions, or new launches), processing may take an additional day.

UK Shipping

• Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) – £3.95 (Free on orders over £50).

• Express Delivery (1–2 business days) – £6.95.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 5–10 business days).

• Rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Packaging

• Every order is carefully packed in our signature packaging — elegant, gift-ready, and eco-conscious.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of bath and beauty products, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened.
