Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Milk Bath Company, every order is prepared with care and packaged to delight. We hope you’ll love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help:

Returns

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused products.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at [support@themilkbathcompany.com] within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order was incorrect or faulty.

Exchanges

  • We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please place a new order and return the original (if eligible).
